Hello units, 

Happy holidays!!!!

We just had our Fall conference and there are some things to mention. 

Membership will now be done all online, you will now just pay for the dues and per capita and keep your portion that goes to your unit. It will be 20 to have access for that sire if you need any more info please reach out to me. 

We have a fundraiser for the department it's for a 2010 mustang, I will be attaching a flyer and if you are interested in buying tickets I have some and you can also reach out to Leona Summerfield. 

Poppies please get your ordering before Nov. 11th as the chairman will be having surgery and would like to have it all done before then. 

Plan of actions are now on the auxiliary website For any that you may need. 

Our updated constitution and bylaws are on the website, updates included info on girls state. 

Girls state is looking at June 8th through the 14th this year it will be held at Carroll College this year. We need counselors and helpers so if you are interested please contact Kathy long. 

Website will be updated monthly with new forms pertaining to that season. So keep. Checking for new information. Grace haven is still looking for donations that can help them get their structure up and going for homeless vets. 

The convention will be held in Helena this year. The national president will be there let's all plan to go to show our support. 

Remember as the holidays come up we need to remember our veterans and their families and also remember the soilders helping out after the hurricanes maybe your unit can send care packages to some of them to show we are thinking about them. 

Veterans day is Nov. 11th thank a vet and remember all they have done for this country.
